thank you for your lovely comment on fin, you are welcome to use the lemon butter recipe (and because I didn’t get around to your query re sterilisation – I don’t bother, it only keeps for a week or so anyway because of the eggs – so I just stick the jars in the dishwasher so that I know they’re nice and clean)
